No, she isn't! Not at all. For starters, Cynthia refuses to stand up for Missourians who are chronically ill. She wants to force them to go to the black market to seek their medicine.

Cynthia also seems to struggle with the first amendment. What part of CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAW does she not understand? She should sit down with Dr. Paul and learn a little bit about individual liberty and the right to pursuit happiness.

And by the way, the CP's "porn plank" on the platform makes you guys look like religious zealots rather than people of principle. Again, freedom of expression is just that. You guys talk about the Constitution, then you twist it into your own religious viewpoints. It's just sickening.

The Ron Paul supporters threatened violence at the Republican Caucus in St. Charles County. Does Cynthia Davis threaten violence against citizens as well?

I am not intending to become a dogma for this post, but here are a few notes:

Once we are out of the Economic abyss via the MEALER ECONOMIC INITIATIVE, we must implement the Constitutional 'indirect consumption tax' known as the FairTax HR 25, S 13 according to Art. 1, § 2, Clause 3, § 8, Clause 1, § 9, Clause 4 & 5.

Which is by design a more effective and solid approach than the Constitution Party's “State Rate Tax” (in this day and age) SIMPLY because, the SRT will disproportionately affect state's that carry more uncounted heads (aka. illegal aliens), part time residents and either foreign or domestic vacationers, and bares aggression towards Constitutional mandated fairness. (No offense meant!)

The CP has valid points on taxing Corporations which are no more than groups of business persons protected through legal personage.

Incentives for individuals to create and maintain businesses and jobs as detailed within the Mealer Economic Initiative avoids the Corp tax avoidance issue and we are in complete agreement!

Alright, now I understand WHY the Constitution Party and the FairTax backers differ.

Since I am vying for POTUS under the Constitution Party, we might want to clarify as with the docs I have sent that the FairTax is an indirect tax and thus Constitutional.

HOWEVER, I do agree wholeheartedly on the Fair Tax being used as a new method of funding extra-Constitutional activities outside the enumerated powers of the General Welfare clause, ignoring the clear intent of the Article I, Section 8 powers of Congress.

Let's discuss this further.
