Do you believe…

• That rampant injustice should be defeated?

• That we have the right of self-protection?

• That our public servants must protect our rights?

• That there’s hope for America?

• That We the People MUST be free?

To you and all of our friends of Liberty, these questions are no longer food for thought, are they? They need to be answered by all of us - and each of us.

We have a Republic to Save! This may sound strange, but there IS good news. We are in a position now to realize that it is We the People alone (and together) who have the power to arrest the course of a government that has succumbed to the COMMAND & CONTROL virus. Our most recent experience of this election is that there is a need and a hunger for the message and the power of the Constitution - AND that doing what we have always done is not going to work - is it?

We have asked this question before, but it bears repeating. Are we not experiencing perils that rival the days of the American Revolution? But even after revolutionary victory - after overcoming the most powerful military force on the planet at the time, our young nation was not equipped to survive, until the miracle of the Constitution.

Why is that important now? Because it is again, the miracle that offers the People the Power to reclaim the Republic! To lead with the Constitution… that must be our direction.

Here are some upcoming efforts for you to be aware of:

1. Candidate filing for municipal elections in Missouri is open now and will be available until Tuesday, December 27. This is where you and your neighbors need believers in Liberty and the Constitution to take action now! General Municipal elections take place on April 2, 2023.

2. We are promoting a plan to completely revamp taxes in Missouri. Say "Goodbye!" to Personal Property Tax!! This will be a banner for our state and county candidates. Want to know more? Great, we’ll need your help to spread the word!

3. Missouri will be hosting the Constitution Party National Committee Meeting in the Spring, currently looking at St. Louis as a venue for this event!

Before we go…

Please accept the profound thanks from the Constitution Party candidates for office Paul Venable and Jenn DePee. My campaign for United States Senate garnered 14,548 votes. Not enough to make the 2% threshold to maintain ballot access but significant enough to know that we have an army of supporters willing to help us to get the 10,000 signatures we need to get back on the ballot before the end of 2023. Jenn DePee, who ran as a candidate for Missouri House District 51 and received 16% of the vote. In any county or district where a candidate receives more than 2% of the vote, we continue to have ballot access in that area, and so Jenn is planning to run again. We are starting now to petition for our statewide ballot access for Missouri.
